By submitting this form I confirm that I have read the Disclosure statement: Registered Training Organisations (RTO), such as Asia Pacific International College (APIC) and the National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER), conduct surveys of past and existing candidates for customer satisfaction, improvement and marketing purposes.*

Asia Pacific International College (APIC) takes your privacy seriously, which is why we have created the following policy for your protection and security. Please read it carefully. What This Privacy Policy Covers – This Privacy Policy (“The Policy”) covers APIC’s treatment of personally identifiable information that APIC collects when you are on the APIC site, and when you use APIC’s services. The policy also covers APIC’s treatment of any personally identifiable information that APIC’s business partners share with APIC or that APIC may collect on a partner’s site. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that APIC does not own or control, or to people that APIC does not employ or manage. Information Collection and Use APIC collects personally identifiable information when you register for the APIC newsletter or free report, submit feedback or sign on as a member of the APIC community. APIC may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners. When you register as a member of the APIC community, we ask for your name, email address and country of origin. Once you register with APIC and sign in to our community, you are not anonymous to us. APIC also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, APIC cookie information and the page you requested. APIC uses information for three general purposes: to customise the advertising and content you see on our pages, to fulfil your requests for certain products and services, and to contact you about specials and new products. Information Sharing and Disclosure APIC will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone. APIC will only send personally identifiable information about you to other organisations or people when: We have your consent to share the information; We need to share your information in order to provide the product or service you have requested, such as sharing information with state or federal government agencies providing educational funding or regulatory functions (such as ASQA); We need to send the information to companies that work on behalf of APIC to provide a product or service to you. (Unless we tell you differently, these companies do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us.); We respond to a compulsory Court Order to comply with due legal process; or we find that your actions on our web sites violate the APIC Rules or any of our usage guidelines for specific products or services. Cookies APIC may set and access APIC cookies on your computer. A cookie is a small amount of data which often includes an anonymous unique identifier that is sent to your browser from a web site’s computer and stored on your computer’s hard drive. APIC allows other companies that are presenting advertisements on some of our pages to set and access their cookies on your computer. The way other companies use their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to APIC’s cookies. APIC may use web beacons or other methods to access our cookies within and outside our network of web sites and in connection with APIC products and services. Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences You may change or update the information you have supplied APIC at any time. Please use the editing facilities available from your account page to do this. Security Every effort is made to keep your information private and away from hackers. However, it is not possible for us to guarantee your privacy. You should weigh up the risk that your details will be misused by hackers with the benefit of receiving the great information that this site has to offer. Changes to this Privacy Policy APIC may edit this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes, we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our pages.

In applying for this training, you are advised that relevant State and Commonwealth Departments are entitled to collect enrolment and training activity information about you for the purpose of monitoring training quality and reporting on training activity. The information you provide will be accessed to support the ongoing statistical analysis of the Australian vocational training sector. We will not disclose your personal information to any unauthorised persons or organisations. The information collected in this form is required to facilitate your enrolment and will be handled and stored in line with the APIC Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to verify any of the details you have provided on this form in order to process your application.

Declaration:

By submitting this form, I acknowledge that:
1) I have reviewed the APIC Pre-Enrolment Handbook and understand my rights and responsibilities as detailed in it.
2) I certify that I have been provided with sufficient information about my rights and obligations to make an informed decision about enrolment, and I agree to the services being provided.
3) I have reviewed the course fees and payment arrangements and have been informed of the refund policy.
4) I have reviewed the relevant course brochure and have been informed of the training and assessment services to be provided.
5) All of the information I have provided is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
6) I have reviewed and understand the APIC Privacy Policy.
7) The initial payment I make is regarded as a non-refundable application fee which forms part of the total course cost.
8) My qualification certificate will not be issued until I have fully paid all course fees.
